Very impressed. Great price for car insurance, far cheaper than everyone else and with about 25% cashback all in all a superb deal. Cashback tracked straight away and paid within a month.

The price was good; the cashback a high percentage & fast; but they entirely ignore emails. There was a bit of jumping through hoops after they initially accepted the contact details of my previous insurers for NCB substantiation, then decided it had to be a scan of the now binned original confirmation letter. Other than that perfect, but remember no emails to them ever received replies.

John Lewis declined cash back. Even after raising a claim declined again with no explanation. Very disappointed with John Lewis.

John Lewis' car insurance was competitively priced before the cashback. Cashback has been confirmed in just over a month which has made my policy incredibly cheap compared to those offered by other insurance companies. As with any insurance policy you only can judge how good an insurer is once you have made a claim, which we all hope won't be necessary. From my experience so far I would recommend you try John Lewis for your car insurance quote.

great price and customer service. very happy with the speed of tracking and their insurance is very competitive. few hiccups getting no claimsconfirmation sorted but not their fault really.

Tracked within one hour, so excellent so far. Having spent far too long comparing car insurance quotes, I have to say that the industry is changing. Some excellent quotes but things I used to take for granted are no longer included by most companies - you get the "extras" when you are ready to accept the quote. So this John Lewis policy is costing me more than others, but it does look the best of a sorry bunch of insurance policies. Only time will tell. I tried asking a question of several "customer services" regarding my no-claims discount, and John Lewis were by far the quickest to reply.
