i have used kiddicare on a number of occassions, the prices normally can't be beaten especially when there is cash back on top of it, this tracked instantly and I have received confirmed cashback within 3 weeks, still not even time for there to be too much dirt on the wheels of the pram ;) all this with free next day delivery which was confirmed with an hour timeslot, this is how internet shopping should be

Always excellent with prices and delivery standards are good.
I had one poor experience with a courier, but it was the fault of the driver, although Kiddicare was quick to look into the matter when I called up.
Will definitely shop with them again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Great company, had a few issues but on talking to customer service they were rectified quickly. Have used them before and would use again.
My cashback didnt track initially so opened a claim and its now been confirmed and tracked.

I have never once successfully raised a claim or gotten cashback from Kiddicare. The website is fine and the store is fine, just don't expect your cashback. I've had no luck getting in touch with Quidco about it either.

Flawless service at the cheapest price around (Baby Weavers Shuffle SP Car Seat). Cashback tracked same day, paid within a month. Order dispatched same day, delivered next day (no additional cost). Even the courier (InterLink) performed above expectations with regular updates and specific time slot. This is how it should work, very pleased.

The lowest price I could find for the car seat, plus quidco. Quick delivery, with 1 hour timed delivery slot (time notified earlier in day). Plus a free gift (a nice 0-6 months baby sleeping bag, sent with a car seat suitable for age 4+.....I'm sure it made sense to someone!)

I've yet to be disappointed by Kiddicare, they have a great selection of products at low prices. Adding cash back into mix just makes the experience even better. Their delivery schedule is also excellent, even though standard delivery was selected for the buggy I ordered recently, it arrived the next day.
I've bought items from them several times and never had any problems with tracking or payment of cash back.

Did two orders from this company, first for car seat, bases, pram, accessories etc, and had absolutely no problems with kiddicare. Quidco didn't track, but once a claim was raised, they eventually paid out.
I then ordered a breast pump, again, dispatched quickly and as described. Loved the pump so much so, I'm ordering a second one from them.
Definitely recommend, may need to check what items are available and in stock before you order.
