Package deal was great value & I received the email confirming delivery within a few days which was great. Only problem is that Kiddisave do not confirm which items will be delivered & we were missing the Maxi Cosi car seat. We questioned this with the courier, however he literally ran off! I tried multiple times to get through to the customer services number, sometimes is just rang out, other times I reached the recorded message & then it rang out. I only received a response from the customer services team when I submitted a complaint online. As this was my first purchase from Kiddsave, I was worrying that the company was not trust worthy. I then received an email explaining the Maxi Cosi car seat was out of stock & would be delivered in due course & I'd receive an email confirmation of the delivery date. I received the email 10 minutes before the delivery time on the day of delivery - not very helpful! Thankfully my mum happened to be at my house at the time. The offers are good, however the customer services team really need to shape up!

Kiddisave advertise that there will be a wait before goods are delivered. We were advised of a wait of 8-12 weeks for a travel system. It turned up in 6! Based on that, speed of delivery was great. Cant fault the product. Saved over £100 agaisnt other competitors. If you plan ahead and dont need it quickly, I'd recommend them. cashback paid about 6 weeks after ordering, 2weeks after receipt of goods

Item stated in stock online and 2-3 working days for delivery. In fact took 3 weeks to be delivered. Could not get through on the telephone to customer services as constantly engaged all day every day. Finally got through on email but still took 2 weeks for them to send the product to me. It was not packaged at all by the company, just came in its original box which got a bit battered. Also, they told me that the reason for the delay was it was out of stock but they did not update this on their website in those 3 weeks which was very misleading to other customers.

Will use this company again. Although there was a delay in receiving this item due to stock coming from Sweden, they kept in touch with me with updates as to what was happening. They were very easy to deal with and prompt in replies when I contacted them. Good price for the chair - second hand chairs on ebay were going for similar price!
