Well made jackets and coats that are well thought out. I especially like the way kids' winter coats are made with some allowance at the sleeves that enable kids wear them for longer. They keep really warm too. Usually expensive, but great deals can be found

I have been using Lands End several times now and cashback took more than 6 months each time. Lands End sell good quality clothing, but it is a tad expensive, so wait for the sales. Their customer service, however, is pretty good! If only they would use Royal Mail for deliveries, I would give full points for delivery.

...and its Jan 2013. Poor show Landsend Either do Quidco properly as a trader, or forget it - I don't think your suppliers would wait 14 months for payment. Product is fine though

Land's end products are quite good as is their range - however if making a purchase and you are counting on the cashback - ours has taken over 12 months! Real shame as most cashbacks are within a reasonable timeframe - upto about three or four months at most, many are much quicker.

Payment received after 1 year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor, may not use again. Price of goods quite expensive for quality. Also expensive delivery charges

Excellent quality but you pay for it. Watch out for sales and offers. Lands End are excellent to deal with if you are not happy with goods or service and quick to despatch goods. I have shopped with Lands End for many years.
