Booked in August for September 2012. Had to raise a claim, and since then I have heard nothing (as of 13th Feb 2013). This was not a small amount of cashback, otherwise I would have ignored it! *quick edit (18/02) - after leaving this review, Quidcare support got on the case and I have now received my cashback, due for payment!*
