What's to say! House insurance from a trusted name at a good price. However, the price reflects no documentation or contact other than on-line. Very slow (9 months) to confirm cashback.

I bought my home insurance via a Quidco link with marks and Spencer's, the purchase tracked and then sat in my account for 12 months i was then told payment had failed. 18 months on i'm still trying to get the £45.00 cash back, very disappointed in both Quidco and Marks and Spencers. hahahah, i just writen this review before reading everyone else's, looks like M&S have a problem paying out on this offer! I recommend you don't count on getting your money!!

My original claim was rejected but I can only assume that it was because I was due £45 cashback on a policy of £55. I raised a claim and was processed quickly. I have just been told by claim was successful and will receive my cashback in the next payment run. A whole year's unlimited content insurance for £10 - beat that!!!! Excellent!!

This transaction was not without problems. It did track initially but was then declined. I raised a query and this was eventually confirmed so I might risk using them again but could ot recommend them to a friend.

I took a policy in September 2011. Today 14.11.12 it confirms. This is after much chasing and support tickets. Steer clear as there are better merchants out there.

Higher than usual coverages with extras that are not normally included however you pay the extra, with the cashback though this works out very cost effective.

Despite following the instructions my cashback was initially declined without reason. To be fair they did pay after submitting a claim with the same details as the first request (as far as I can remember) . It has taken nearly 7 months though.

Took out a valid insurance product - was then told after 12 months that my cashback was declined with no reason given. Am now waiting for my claim to be processed and have been told this will take at least 7 months. Awful service for such a well-known company.

It took a few days to track. This has still not paid out at 6 months. Looking at other reviews it appears it will be some time yet. I would have liked a paper copy of the insurance terms and conditions to have been posted to me rather than just the email as I don't have a printer. The price paid however is very good.

I had to wait from beginning of Feb until September before I got my cashback, over 6 months which I think is shocking. Quidco did try their best after numerous emails to get it sorted
