I wold really recommend MandMDirect to anyone on a budget, especially for childrens wear and school wear, the quality of te clothing is great, so far have not had any reasons to not shop with them, a***, the packaging is securly sealed so if wet on arrival the products are not damaged, I cannot tell you about customer support experience as I have not had to contact them at all, the website is self explanitory and easy to use and cashback was pretty quick also

Cashback all tracked and paid within 2 months after using a post-Olympics shopping spree on massively reduced London 2012 merchandise. The t-shirts are great and get plenty of use down the gym, delivery was quick and cashback prompt. Very pleased.

MandM Directa are a good discount retailer for branded goods. Usec them a few times and they offer great prices and a quick service with reasonable delivery prices. Only drawback for me is returns aren't free so you have to pay upfront in case or on return.. Cashback is paid reasonably quickly. Overall good to deal with.

I love MandM direct they have big brand named clothes at a fraction of the price that the high street take for them. I pay yearly for delivery and it saves me £6 at least on every order and its next day delivery. Great clothes, great prices, and great site.

M&M offer great (genuine) branded merchandise at much less than other retailers, items arrive quickly. They have twice disputed cashback though and on the second occasion refused the transaction saying "another marketing channel had been credited with the sale", whereas I'd not used any other marketing channels!

It's a good website, but don't rely on cashback. I've shopped there regularly. Probably about 10+ orders, haven't received cashback for any of them. Had to keep raising claims, then they denied one. Otherwise they will just stay at tracked for years.

Having had a great time at the Olympics and bought the odd expensive "must get at the time" souvenir
I'm really glad came across Mand MDirect selling the remainders at amazingly reasonable prices eg at very nice quality blue Polo shirt paid £17 odd at the Badminton - with MandMDirect just paid £3 for the same! Saved over £150 on just a few T shirts, brollies, shorts etc. Gold medal standard on packing and speed of delivery too.

First order placed - very cheap good quality items, free delivery using voucher through Quidco. Arrived after a couple of days and was well packagaed in thick plastic bag (thankfully as Postman left outside in the rain!). Will certainly be using M&M again.

Got a mastercard giftcard from work. Used it for an order for Xmas present. Order cancelled as card address was Bulgaria, but now out of stock of item so can not give alternative payment and have to wait a week to get my money back. Leaves it too late to use for Xmas.
It wasa pre-paid gift card, so no idea why they did not complete.
