I've had several cashback claims fail to track through this retailer always use a voucher to reduce your cost even though it knocks the mythical cashback dwon to 2.5%...

because their Internet advert was wrong and i was told i had to buy extra items to make it work and then to discover that they were already in th box. Maplin phoned me and gave me a credit straight away and let me keep the extra items, corrected their advert straight away, That is Good Customer Service.

Incredibly slow in sending through the cashback, despite several chases from Quidco (many thanks to them). Product itself (PSU ref. L11BQ) was fine.

I got a great deal on a daily/weekly promotion, a voucher and cash back. As always Maplin processed the order prompty and deliveried quickly. This was my first order via QuidCo and both Maplin and QuidCo impressed me with the speed of processing.

no bother at all.. bought cctv and was replaced without any problem. and upon receipt of replacement a component was missing and upon contact with their online chat member. was sent that missing component and again everything was smooth. would definitly recommend and would do business again ... tracking cashback not bad but cashback payment can be a bit quicker. but for me it's 5star trade.
