- The cashback will appear on your account within 30 days of check-out.

- If the cashback does not appear within 30 days of check-out please raise a cashback claim straight away.
Cash-back is not available on:
- Reservations. Marriott only pays cashbacks on completed stays, not reservations.
- Special Rates. You will not receive cash-back on certain rates: government rate, Marriott employee rate, stays with redeemed Marriott Rewards points, negotiated rates that are only available to customers who are affiliated with or employed by a particular company or organization or discounts offered by a specific hotel in the Marriott brand
- Redeemed Marriott Rewards Points. If you are a Marriott Rewards member, and you redeem previously earned Marriott Rewards points during your stay, you will not receive any cash-back on that stay. You will receive Marriott Rewards points for that stay.
Please note
- To be eligible for cashback the same card must be used when paying the final balance upon checkout as was used to make the initial booking.
- Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.
- Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
