Whilst you are on Holiday, DESTINATION ASSIST provides you with three forms of assistance - Multilingual Helpline, Information Texts and Emergency Helpline.
MULTILINGUAL HELPLINE: When you require emergency language assistance text the words HELP and the language required e.g. (HELP SPANISH to the number provided to you in your email) and Millionaire Holidays will call straight back and speak the language for you.
This service will be invaluable when requiring language assistance to communicate with either the police, fire, hospital, dentist or ambulance services. This will also include: lost or stolen passports/credit cards, lost child and will extend to coastguards, mountain rescue and other services at discretion.
Or TEXTS REQUESTING INFORMATION: When information isn't readily available simply text your request e.g. I need a number for a taxi firm in Cadiz, Spain OR directions to the nearest chemist to The Costa Adeje Gran hotel in Tenerife and Millionaire Holidays will send you the information you need.
Or EMERGENCY HELPLINE: Just Call Destination Assist Emergency Helpline for assistance in Emergency Situations. You will be provided with Destination Assist Emergency Helpline Number after the booking. Its a Landline number. It will be available 24 hours a day to help you in Emergency Situations.
