Extremely disappointed with Misco. Whilst their product arrived and worked in great order, and was much cheaper than other websites, when it comes to quidco cashback they are appauling. Firstly they tracked the incorrect amount as the order was amended. This was obviosuly declined. I then raised another claim and this has just been declined with a response of the cashback was paid somehwere else. I'd like to know where that cashback was paid because I certainly didn't receive it and visited no other sites on my computer before or during buying the order. I just hope that this does not continue with other claims i have raised through other retailers. If so Quidco will become a highly disappointing service as more and mroe restrictions on searching, visting sites, cookies, temporary files become the normal excuses.

The website is an above average retailer of IT hardware. Their selection is failry vast and I've yet to be unable to find something I'm looking for. Occasionally their prices are a little higher than other places but in most cases it is equal, occasionally cheaper too. The site itself is a little cluttered but easy enough to navigate. The one failing I have found with it is that the option to let you save payment details does not seem to work and I have to enter my card details every time. I have had some details with their customer service team and they are very friendly and helpful. In terms of cashback the tracking seems to be almost instant but payment can take several months. Overal I would give them a 7/10
