Poor Cashback although it's rated as Faster Paying. This is the 3rd time i'm receiving my cashback money after a patience period of more than 6 months. This time, i've decided to put in a claim and so far it's taken more than a mth to get it resolved, still no cashback money received. No problem with delivery and service and product quality.
Purchase Never got tracked so have to raise claim and got paid after 5 months

purchase wasn't automatically tracked so have to raise the claim and wait for 5 months before I got paid .... and same thing happened with 5 other orders I have placed with mothercare and have to raise claim for all of them and still waiting for the outcome.

Tracked and cash back paid and cleared into my bank account within a week! Cash back paid into bank account before my delivery arrived... Love Mothercare but for me it has the edge on other retailers now due to the lightening speed of cashback.. products were perfect too!

Mothercare does deserve a lot more positive feedback in these glum times... Was really happy and satisfied with the efficiency and the speed of the service - especially considering the order was placed in the busy Xmas and New Year period. Price-wise things are a bit more dearer, but then that's why we tend to wait until the sales come in. In one word - Satisfied!

I've always had great service from Mothercare, they have good quality and competitively priced items. Was thrilled when they joined Quidco, I've had all my cashback paid to me, only one purchase took longer than 5 months, the rest took maybe a month or two. If I've ever had a problem or query the customer service team have always been quick to sort it out. I have no hesitation in recommending this retailer!

I am a customer from my first pregnancy, found there everything to the first two years, with excellent promotions. I think is less useful for 3 and beyond, and less for boys than for girls. But always found excellent customer services. I will underline the fact that you can exchange things without a receipt. It was wonderful for early purchases not required later. Sometimes you don´t need certain goods which are necessary with other babies, or your little one doesn´t like them, or just overgrow clothes without wearing. Very satisfied with Mothercare.

I ordered two items for my daughter for Christmas from the 50% sale and the first item - a very large dolls house arrived two days later and then the other item came that same day but in the afternoon.Suited me fine as I was in but surely whoever co ordinates the logistics at Mothercare could do a better job. waste of resources.
