I have ordered with my protein several times, no problems with the standard service. However when I used the next day service, it was a complete mess and I never got the products. So stick with the basics and you should be fine.

Great products, and very good prices compared to other sports nutrition brands. This particular order was spoiled by very poor delivery... I paid for their £4.95 GUARANTEED next day delivery (if you order before 2pm, and I did) and it took 4 working days to arrive. I did complain and got a refund on the postage which was great but that still doesn't explain why their guaranteed delivery sometimes actually isn't...

First experience with this company was great, reasonably priced with a good selection and great offers... However...returning customers beware. Considering, I've only done 4 orders, only 1 arrived no problem. 2 arrived after being chased up, due to address issues and having to ring an 0845 number, of which your on hold at least 10 minutes, only to be faced with a language barrier, because nobody replies to online customer service. When I did receive, the packaging was wrecked. My 4th order didn't even reach me, despite paying for delivery, and took forever for a refund. Reluctantly I still return, because their products give results. But if a competitor was similarly priced I wouldn't hesitate going elsewhere

Loathed to, but I'd say it's 2 stars for this retailer. Let's break down the review: Cashback - Terrible. Not only did it take forever, the first cashback was outright rejected for no reason. I didn't bother to bring up a claim as it was only a small amount. The second transaction I did, also took forever, automatically generated an incorrect cashback quote and was rejected also. I had to make a claim against the decision, which was finally upheld, recalculate the correct cashback I should have been entitled to, and then I got my cashback. But it's all a bit ridiculous really. Why sign up to Quidco as a retailer, if you don't want to honour their cashback system? However, I am not surprised due to a back-catalogue of previous dealings with MyProtein... MyProtein itself - Difficult. the actual service is terrible. The delivery couriers frequently destroy packages en route, constantly leave them outside, for anyone to steal, or simply to get soaked in winter. If you complain, you will be told nobody else in the world has ever complained about this. I was told this, even though I myself had at that time already complained twice before. I also had the pleasure of MyProtein not labelling my address properly on the package once. It got delivered to a completely different building, and I was told I HAD to get it back myself. When nobody there owned up to taking it, MyProtein said I would have to wait for an 'investigation' to be carried out before they'd send another package. When I demanded to know why, they said because if they got the items back, they could pass them on to me. Crazy. And this was an order of about £120 or so. Their selection is very good. there's a very wide range of products available on their site. And price seems very good at first sight, however buyer beware! Their products are not as good as premium products. So as soon as you look for something premium, it costs a premium. And at the top end, their selection is lacking as well, and certainly inferior to the major industry players. Often you can find top spec products for almost the same price as big name competitors, and although your reaction is to go with MP, you should probably buy the real deal. But, their more basic protein powders, vitamins and other supplements offer great value, and are good quality for what they are. So it's 2 stars from me. Use them if you want something better than Precision Engineered at Holland and Barrett, but at cheaper prices. If you're serious, then you should probably buy from a better supplier. And whatever happens, expect terrible customer service - so cross your fingers nothing goes wrong with your order!!!

Good products, fair pricing, takes a long time to pay cash back though. Great retailer, fantastic speed of delivery. Really good product range and a pretty good loyalty scheme too. Thee products taste good too.
