I did a search for a ticket price.... £28.60 for 2 people. (on BH Monday) Then went via the Quidco link which would only give me the price of £31.60 for 2 people. I see how national express still recoups the 5% that comes from the deal....! Be really sad to see this technique employed, if this is the case....

I received the cashback as confirmed within a few days. Excellent service. The cashback amount just exceeds the booking fee which they charge which is £1.00. So at least this had been refunded. The bus journey was fine. National Express are a quality bus company.

We use National Express to get from Bath to London Heathrow. While the seats have squished legroom, it's really the only complaint. The buses are clean, staff friendly, and service efficient. The cashback was also efficient - taking 9 days to get to us.

I have purchased many tickets from National Express over the past few months but I have never received any cashback. I have just realised that none of my purchase was tracked and wanted to raise missing cashback; however, i was told that all my purchase was longer than 45 days. So unfair!!very poor service!

Much prefer travelling by coach. Site is easy to buy from and I like the fact that there is various ways to get your tickets delivered. Wish they would just do more routes than having to go to London everytime.

Always receiving cashback. Buying tickets every month. Coaches have free wifi on board and arriving on time. Never let me down which is in opposite to Terravision - once I booked 5 AM bus to Stansted and bus didn't arrive, Next one as well.

cheap to travel at the moment as megabus is more expensive and trains are even more costly. In my experience they are generally late leaving and late arriving.

Very happy with National Express. Easy to purchase, tacked almost instantly, quick payment. The cashback is not that large but in most cases at least you cover the 50p fee the impose on any transaction.

price of buses direct to airport is much more than travelling via london victoria -no competition or just fleecing airport users like everyone else? Site is not clear about ticket type and conditions without ringing national express.Otherwise site very easy to use and practical.Service convenient and drivers helpful but the cost would be half as much if travelled via victoria. And a more frequent service.(but of course longer journey) Pleased with improvements at digbeth but why squeeze two coaches through the same gate at the same time? Like the waiting room and shop etc. Vast improvement on the old digbeth and able to drop off travellers without being clamped!

I've always used National Express, be it during uni, to visit friends or to get to business meetings - happy in the knowledge I will more than likely get a plug and a wifi connection.
Always happy with them, just bummed I've only just this year found out about the cash back available...would have saved a bomb =/

Company has very poor customer service and uses a 087 number for contact. This resulted in a £60 phone call and my coach tickets only cost £38.

as with the other reviews, this was a very smooth transaction. Took 11 days to pay, fantastic! Had some unbeatable prices on there too, coach trips for £5 vs train ticket for £40? Its worth the extra hour or two travelling time.
