Merchant states that I used another site or search engine for cashback, as they appear to have done with many other customers! I have not received any cashback to date, and it looks as if i'm unlikely to receive any. The furniture arrived fine but they are not flexible with deliveries at all, difficult to arrange if you work from Monday to Friday. I would think twice about ordering again from Oak Furniture Land.
Good, but delivery is on their terms!

Products are good quality and quickly dispatched but delivery is very restrictive, not great if you work monday to friday, like most people! Cashback tracked and paid very quickly however.

The quality of the furniture is good for the price - a few small niggles but no real complaints. However the cashback tracking didn't meet that standard, which is a shame.

Great company with good service all round.
Purchased Oak dresser Sunday night. They called Monday morning to notify us that the delivery would be on the Friday. Subsequent emails followed that week to confirm delivery time etc

Am delighted with my furniture. The quality is superb. Excellent value for money and a bonus of Quidco cashback too. Oakfurnitureland were very good at communicating my delivery times. The goods were delivered in the alloted time slot and the delivery lads were cheerful polite and very helpful. Everyone who has seen my new furniture loves it. I will definately shop with you again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oakfurnitureland to others. Am well satisfied thank you

Easy to order and quick delivery of furniture, in store they quoted 2 weeks delivery, ordered online it arrived in 4 days. Cashback paid in under 2 weeks, which I think is the fastest ever go the cashback from anywhere! All in all Great!

I have ordered from oak Furnitureland lots of times and they
the quality of the goods and service is excellent. My last order was placed on a wednesday and the items arrived on the Friday and they even turned up earlier than the stated time. Brilliant, I will be using them again in the future.

This retailer appears to sell a good quality product at a fairly good price,but dont rely on getting the supposed cashback in any hurry . I only got mine after nearly 8 months and a couple of queries/complaints to the ever helpful Quidco .Thank you Quidco.

I've received the cashback and I havent even taken delivery of goods yet!!! This was my choice as I wasn't ready for them. Bought furniture from OFL before and the quality is excellent....that's why 'Ive gone back to buy more. Trouble is it lasts too long!!!! :)

Have bought from oakfurnitureland before and think they are an excellent on line company. Their furniture is of good quality, well made and much cheaper than other oak furniture of the same quality. I have always received the goods in the time stated and I like the fact that you are given a specific time slot rather than a whole day as some places give. Cashback is received very quickly too.

Nice quality products which wewre delivered quickly and on time. No messing around. My only observation is that there is no incentive to buy instore at all. Also their sale prices appear to never change !

Would highly recommend buying from this retailer. The communication and service is second to none and the furniture is well made. The speed of tracking to payment is fast but i wouldn't have expected anything else. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with and will be buying further items from them in the near future.

Items were ok but one damaged in transit. Quality is fine and happy with the items. Very disappointed though that my cashback was declined, this was despite me buying the item direct from clicking on the company from the quidco website. Very disappointed and have little trust that thiswont happen again!

Delivery was cancelled 1 hour before due time as they had forgotten to put the item on the lorry. Further phone call 1 hour later confirming my delivery was on its way, when questioned they confirmed oops, no that was wrong and yes it was in fact cancelled. 2 hours later, driver calls to advise that sadly the item was not on his lorry so he wouldn't be delivering.... clearly a case of one hand not knowing what the other was doing and a wasted day off work for me. Furniture might be good quality and look nice but their lack of service puts me off buying again. To make it worse, still no cashback despite 2 months going by from Quidco telling me the claim was approved.

I placed an order from Oakfurnitureland on the Wednesday the 21st November for my son at 3.30pm.
By 6pm my son had been contacted and a delivery time agreed for Tuesday 27th. However, the agreed time didn't suit me, so I called the next day and it was re-arranged for the Wednesday.
Their customer service was excellen,t email confirmation and texts were sent as promised and the furniture is very good quality.
And what can I say about the speed of the cashback, second to none. Only 2 weeks from placing the order and the money is in my bank account.
I would certainly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Items are excellent quality and were an excellent price. Cashback was tracked, and confirmed, before the items even arrived! Delivery was very well arranged with a 3 hour 'window' confirmed several days in advance. On the day they phoned to ask if it was ok to be 15 minutes early. Will definately use this retailer again.

Placed an order and was told 14 days for delivery on website - 2 days after I was told my delivery would be here on a certain date which in fact the delivery date wasnt even a week after I placed the order - kept me update with the order progress via text, email and phone and gave me a time for the delivery with only a 3 hr window (not like other stores where its 12hrs). All round excellent service, excellent products and as for the cash back - that was confirmed to be paid before I even received my order - Amazing!
