I purchased my Office order about 5 months ago, it failed to track for some reason and they took forever to respond on whether they would pay or not. Since then the sole of the boots I ordered have completely worn away, despite only occassional use so unlikely to shop with this retailer again.

recieved boots pretty quick, problem was they were too small, so i returned to nearest store, and discovered that the wrong size had been put on boots, shop changed them no problem. has not put me off at all. found whole experience really pleasant.

I bought a pair of Rocket Dog boots with 6% cashback, after waiting for this to be deposited I've found that this has been declined. After looking on the Office website, it seems that they have stopped stocking Rocket Dog footwear, which obviously wasn't the case when I bought them a month ago. Bad form Office.
