Disappointing, the "excuse" given is always a general one (ie cookies from other sites etc etc) and Quidco is never able to challenge retailer to tell who have they paid this cashback to if it is not to myself via Quidco. Might have been better booking the flight directly via the airline itself, I wonder....

Quick and easy purchase, fast tracking and payment. Of course, it is worth to shop around as different sites might offer different prices, but if you have found what you are looking for, Opodo is a nice and secure website to get it.

Very happy with opodo, cash back tracked within a couple of hours and was confirmed in less than two weeks and is now sat in my bank account! I booked when they had the £30 off voucher code which offset the credit card charges which appear a lot but I think are just the fee they have to pay and they have been consistently cheaper than Expedia or kayak for me. I've just looked and two weeks later my flights are £3 more on opodo and £150 more on kayak!

Have been tempted into using Opodo a couple of times given their cashback rate, but have NEVER received cashback from them, even after raising legitimate claims. They also have an overhead for using credit cards, which completely negates any discount you may have got from Opodo over Expedia for example. Never using Opodo from Quidco again.

My only comment on Opodo is that there tends to be a rather high transaction charges for using mastercard. Other than that, perfect.

I chose Opodo as it not only offered the best deal price wise but also at 1.3% cash back it is slightly better than Expedia. The purchase was tracked almost immediately and then confirmed in under 2 weeks. Will definately use again

I booked 2 flights seperately with Opodo on the same day. One after another. - both with cashback as it worked out cheaper going through them than it did to go through airline directly
What a mistake - cashback declined as they are stating it was credited to another website. Ridiculous. This is the second time i have had problems with Opodo - certainly dont think i will bother using them again.
Im now £30 worse off because of this. Very Unhappy

Title says it all. You need to pay by debit card however as opodo's credit card charges could easily remove any cashback benefit. Also some flights are not available when you click through the Quidco link and the prices can be slightly different too, e.g. my flights total was £1 cheaper through the Quidco link but there were only 60-70% of the flight options available compared to going directly to opodo.

Cashback was confirmed one week after my booking, definitely one of the fastest payers around.
This was the first time I've booked flights with them. The site seemed good and booking process smooth. Prices were on a par with the other big sites (Expedia, Kayak etc) so not a lot to choose between them on that front.

I made a purchase on flights worth approx £1000, via quidco portal. Quidco did not track this and have declined to pay Cash-back. Many others have found the same problem with saying cash back went to other site etc. Absolute rubbish, certainly will attach negative goodwill to Opodo.

Basically, if your Opodo purchase tracks after a few hours or a day then you should be paid.
BUT...
If it doesn't then the chances of you being paid is relatively close to NIL.
I've been using Quidco since 2005. I was one of the first 1000 people to use this site. I know what I'm doing and what cookies to clean and reset before using a merchant.
I had all the booking details needed.
and still unsuccessful.

Cash-bask declined via Opoda be warned! many others have found the same problem with saying cash back went to others due to cookies etc... no one has access to my PC so how anyone else can get is beyond me. Be warned go direct to airline as now my flights are now more expensive without the cash-back!!!!

The cashback was in my account a lot quicker than I expected as I had read several reviews saying that it had taken ages. However the percentage of the cashback was low but the same from other suppliers so I guess this cashback amount is "normal".
Easy to use with respect to car hire and the price seemed reasonable.

Best cashback for flights, and now incredibly fast payment - top marks. Obviously the flights cost the same as with everyone else, but they do optionally include low-cost carriers as well as a wide selection of other airlines.

I have never had problems with cashback over the past 5 years except with Opodo. I made a claim which was declined for a competing cookie despite not using any other referrer. VERY DISAPOINTING! AVOID!

Booked flights with Opodo for next May, the cash back was paid just 10 days after booking. Super speedy payment and a better cash back rate than other companies offering the same flights at higher prices. Ooosh!

We chose opodo specifically because they had very good £60 cashback (+1.5% i think) offer for flights to the US for a short period of time when we booked on June 20th. We then quickly bought these flights and separately and only have got the 1.5%. I have tried to follow this up but no one is willing to help. Poor form really and misleading. I would advice to book with another site.
