Speed of delivery impressive. Link given to track parcel, even showed when it was being loaded at the airport! Usual cashback wait however, looking at around 10-12 weeks.

Having purchased a TV, blu ray player, fidelio phone dock and sonic tooth brushes from Philips in the last 12 months I have to say that I have had no problems whatsoever. I have used 3rd party discount codes (usually 40% off) and still had cash back with quidco (although it always tracks at around 10% or 11% of the original price, not the discounted price)! For instance I got a £130 blu ray player for £78, and £13 cashback, making it £65! The customer service has been excellent on the 2 occasions I have used it. The delivery prompt and on time, and returns (product developed a fault after 2 months and got a full refund), no questions asked. Can't fault CS like that. I would have no hesitation recommending the Philips online shop to anyone who is in the market for any of their products. I'm eyeing up the air fryer for my next purchase!
