I'm a regular user of photobox and quidco, and the cashback tracking, speed and payment always goes though very quickly. Recently I had to raise a claim due to something not tracking and this was resolved and paid within a month time period, very quick compared to other retailers. Always like the quality of the photobooks from photobox and the site is easy to use.

Overall this was an excellent company to deal with. For some reason my cashback did not originally register but this has now been resolved. I purchased a photobook and found the online software to set this up a joy to use - it was very reliable despite me taking a couple of months to track down and upload all the photos I wanted. It was easy to play about with layouts, add and remove pages, and resize photos to get exactly what I wanted. This was for a Christmas present, and I was close to the last ordering date for Xmas, but it still arrived in plenty of time. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The book itself was fantastic - photos were well reproduced and the quality of the book felt excellent. It was loved by the recipient. Will definitely use again the next time I want a similar product.

after kodak went down, i took all my prints over to photobox, i've always ordered my yearly diary with them and know that they're really good only negative about the website is, if your like me, you batch upload 500+ photos a month at a time, the tiny thumbnails are hard to see which photos you want to upload or not i have sent them a feedback about designing a software for a customer to download to make upload easier tracking time was very quick, i placed my order on 10th oct, the 10% is rather poor compared to other quidco sites, but i'm happy anyway i have recieved my money *paid* on 10th jan, exactly 3 months to me this is very fast and i'm very happy

So far I am happy with all my photobox products. However, so far they have never tracked for me. One claim was settled fairly quickly, but I still have one outstanding claim (2 months +), and I will need to fill in 3 more claims for my Christmas shopping. Tedious!
