I bought a pay as you go mobile phone. First one week my cash back was showing but after a week they declined my cash back. I claimed again giving my order ref no and full filled their conditions. but now its over two months they didn't even responded.

Great phone - same price as the cheapest other supplier roughly - but this one comes with a manufacturers guarantee for a year. Superior service compared to the ebay sellers.

Hi overall nice service except live online chat. One of the worst expericence I have ever face with prepaymania online chat. It takes your name & email address after 3 or 4 min it goes to email. Never Ever allows you for chat might me less staff, but if you send email also than hardly get reply from them. So need to workout on both the area.
