So I purchased my parking Via quidco through the Purple Parking website complete the full transaction and my claim was declined, then my second claim was declined - WHY???? rubbish!

First time user of their service. Quidco tracked but was quickly declined. Not happy with that, will not be using their service again if they can't even be trusted to honour the cash back. Why are they even on Quidco then?!?!

The cashback was declined. Since I got a 13% reduction on the purple parking website by starting from Quidco, I imagine that is the reason. Still a good price, cheaper than anywhere else. Previous use of purple parking has always been very satisfactory,

I purchased my parking through Purple Parking via Quidco. When I had nothing to show for it after paying for the parking, I raised a claim through quidco and it has now been declined by Purple Parking. The only reason I took out the parking through purple parking was becuase of the rate of cashback and now feel as though I have been cheated! DONT BOTHER USING THEM! You can get a better service elsewhere!

I paid for parking through Quidco. When I did not get paid, I raised a claim and have now got an email to say that the claim has been declined. Purple parking have said that the commission has been paid to another referrer, whereas I have clearly and definitely made my purchase through Quidco. Purple parking wouldn't even say who they have paid the commission to, but the final result is that I haven't been paid any cashback. I will probably be using other parking providers in future, where I have had better service and got my cashback in time without problems.

Quite a distance from Heathrow. On the return trip, despite phoning them as soon as we got to arrivals it took ages to for the shuttle service to arrive and when it did they could only fit one of us in. So I took the one seat available and drove back to Heathrow to pick up my wife and child who were left waiting. Far from ideal.

I use the meet and greet service at Heathrow a lot (about once a month). They're pretty good. I did try the option where they bus you in but the car park is a long way away from the terminals, after a long flight I really can't be doing with waiting for the bus and then a 20 minute drive to the car park. Although it does come through eventually, It takes ages for the cashback to get paid. Never had one declined yet like a lot of others seem to have.

Cash back declined for the reason that commission went to someone else, completely incorrect as I used the retailers website directly through Quidco. Just poor form to offer cash back and them have it declined for incorrect reason. Surely, they must be able to confirm that no commission was paid elsewhere when a claim is raised.

" declined your claim... as the commission for the referral has been paid elsewhere." This has to be a "mistake"\error on their part as I use a different browser when purchasing through Quidco so I don't think I'll be using them again. (I am not inclined to rate their product as my comment only reflects their use via quidco and I would not want another user to be mislead)

Interesting that someone else also had their cashback declined yesterday for the same dubious reason - claimed elsewhere. I booked two lots of parking on the same day; one tracked, this one didn't and now has been declined. It's a shame as it sours my view of a company we have been using for many years.

Declined as it had been claimed through an alternative source. Bunkum. Cookies cleared & transacted directly from Quidco (no diversions, searches etc.) I had read a couple of other reports of this, so I was extremely careful making the transaction (after all, their parking is reasonably priced and handy). Feel a little cheated by Purple Parking now, so will be less likely to choose them in the future.

Service was OK, although the car park was a good distance from the airport and we had to get an airport bus from the drop off point to the hotel at extra cost and time. Cashback declined, so raised claim, claim decline on grounds that my booking could no be traced even though I send my booking ref. Will use holiday extras in future

Purple Parking offer a number of options for parking near Glasgow Airport and are competitively priced. I have used them through Quidco a couple of times. I had to raise a claim for the cashback which had not been tracked using Quidco support. This claim was processed without any issues and I have received the cashback as expected. I will use Purple Parking again when I want to compare parking options near Glasgow Airport.

They claimed I had gotten cashback from an alternative source. This is not correct and theres no option to dispute it. Have been using PP for some years now. Well Purple Parking but this is the last time I will be using you. Theres plenty of competition out there. A sad state of affairs when the economy is so poor to decline a veteran customer for such a poor reason.

We have used Purple Parking a few times and have been happy with the service. You can't beat walking straight out of the airport to your car after 24 hours travelling. Sadly, it took nearly 6 months to the day for the cashback to be confirmed!

Followed the booking process to the letter to earn the cashback (the cashback made Purple Parking cheaper than the competitors) back in September 2011. I have raised claims and had them declined (but with no reason). Very disappointed with the cashback situation, However, Purple Parking at Heathrow was a breeze - very well organised and gave us one less thing to worry about. Excellent service - now they need to extend it to their cashback offers.

I used this company in May and it is now September with no cash back paid. Made a claim which I received an email saying they were going to pay up but nothing has happened although I have chased this up. Without the cash back there are other comparable parking companies.
