I'm happy with Quotemehappy.com with both the insurance quote (I took out their cover, so it couldn't have been bad!) and the time it took to pay me the cash back: just under 3 months to be exact. I do prefer merchants who pay more promptly than this, but can understand why they wait, as otherwise anyone could claim cash back and cancel the policy. I guess.

As the title says, Quote-Me-Happy did pay me the £40 cashback, I very suprised after looking at all the negative reviews, but dont give up, they do pay sometimes at least!

Getting a great quote and good cashback offer gave them a try.
However, cashback declined! Conntacted Quidco who did get my cashback months later.
I did not rate this company for looking after its customers and worry if I needed to claim on my insurance would I have the same problem?
I would not use again!!

I agree with other reviewers, they never give cashback. I put in a claim which also got declined the only reason I went with this company was they seemed the cheapest and the cashback looked good.
If they can't give cashbacks imagine what their insurance claims would be like?
Quidco should remove Quotemehappy from their site as they are taking advantage of gaining customers.

Bought insurance in October, through Quidco and have also had £40 cashback declined. Made a claim and claim declined. I won't be renewing my insurance with Quote Me Happy as they didn't make me happy!

Do not factor in the cashback to cost of your insurance as likely to be declined (incorrectly in my opinion). Not good enough explanation of reason why either.

claim rejected saying i used "GoCompare". did not use Go Compare, i do think Quidco should look to remove them as they seem to reject most claims. will not use Quotemehappy again

Cheapest quote around for me and my partner. Save over £40 a month. Cashback went through with no problems within 3 months.
Easy to use internet based insurance. And i had no problems with my no claims discount as some other users have had. Just scan in your renewal from your current insurer and upload it on to your profile.
Tracking inefficient and don't rely on Quidco to help!

It took them a whole month to verify whether the claim was valid and then they declined it. I still don't know what the reason was. And of course with the great help (!) from Quidco, they don't notify you when a claim is declined and by the time you realise it, it was too late so i lost £40. If you can find a similar deal, go somewhere else. Based on the review, Quotemehappy is not great! And Don't rely on Quidco

My cashback claim has been cancelled today - the trend continues. This combined with poor service regarding my no claims discount leaves me very dissapointed with quotemehappy! I would not recommend them.
Quidco can you sort this out because you are losing credability with your customers!

My cash back was declined today. I have raised a declined claim but doubt I will receive it. I completed the transaction through Quidco, but was still declined.
This is my first time using a cash back site and the last if this is anything to go by.
Also has another aviva insurance through quidco so lost £25 on that as well.
Enough is enough no more cash back sites for me, the only saving grace is I was happy with the policy,

In line with some of the other comments on here they also declined my cashback despite following the guidance and terms, recommend avoid as it was only the offer of cashback that made their quote competitive..

I renewed my insurance in August and received my cashback this week - maybe I was lucky judging by the other feedback but I've had no problem at all. I used the usual comparison sites to find the cheapest company, then ordered through Quidco to get the additional £40 back. Happy customer.

Our renewal quote with a different insurer was £850. Quotemehappy quoted us £440, with £40 cashback then meant it cost us £400. Cashback was also paid quickly, and it had tracked within a few hours. Can't fault at all!
Disappointing will avoid this company next time I go for car insurance

I went through Quidco as I always do, quotemehappy declined my cashback, very disappointing. Car insurance companies often quote a higher price if you go through quidco, so be careful and also try a quote outside of Quidco.

My cashback claim was rejected without reason. I believe I adhered to all the requirement laid out by the requirements of the offer and raised an objection. Not only did feedback take a long time (4 months) this too was rejected.
The £40 cashback was the deal clincher but now I wish I purchased my car insurance from somewhere else. By reading the comments other customers of this website they also seem to be ripped off.
There is obviously something wrong with the cashback process,. I have not heard of quotemehappy until I found it on this website. Unless this process is dealt with I believe it could seriously damage their reputation. I'm tempted to go to trading standards as I'm sure this is false advertising.

Went for this as with the cashback my insurance would be less than last year.
Ended up with cashback declined (no idea why) and the level of cover was not as good as what I had before.
Should have stuck with previous insurer :(

Poor customer service backed up with a declined cashback claim, what more could you ask for? I think this outfit only have one person responding to all the emails they receive and starting to think the ship has sailed with cashback. More and more retailers are using it to draw customers in, you make the purchase on basis the overall cost will reduce with cashback then the claim is declined. On the verge of quitting Quidco, turning now to be more hassle than benefit

There is no phone number for this insurance company and everything is by email which takes a day to get a reply...crazy. The customer service staff are incompetent. I had 3 days to send my NCD info and sent email asking for 3-4 day extension as my previous insurer was sending to me by post. Still had 3 days left to send the NCD to quoteme happy.com but they said they cancelled the policy because of no NCD...Do they even read the emails properly. Anyway they had not cancelled but I had no choice other than to get another policy elsewhere and cancelled this myself losing £26 in the process for early cancellation. Poor...very poor

After cashback worked out £190 for the same policy other insurers were quoting over double that! Underwritten by Aviva so not too worried about never having heard of Quotemehappy before. Hopefully will never have to find out how easy they are to deal with when a claim arises!

After being quoted a fair amount, this seemed to be the best company to insure with when including the cashback. After waiting for 2 months for it to be tracked I have found out that they have also declined my cashback. Awaiting to find out the reasons why, but from the current reviews I wouldn't count on receiving any. Very disappointed customer!

I purchased car insurance from Quotemehappy the cashback tracked almost straight away however at the end of Aug 2012 the claim was rejected. I reported this to Quidco on 3 Sept 2012 however i am still waithing to hear from them as to why this happened. Although the price of the insurance was very good don't purchase thinking that the cashback makes it cheaper, as I did, as the cashback is obvously not guaranteed!!

Quotemehappy was the cheapest car insurance I have ever taken out, especially with the cashback. The cover is excellent for the fantastic price. Hopefully they will quote me happy when I renew in December.
