Joined Rebtel in September and got £14 worth credit for £8.05 and the cashback did infact track and was paid in a couple of months (2 I think). The rates are quite good too and no hassle of buying calling cards too. The credit expires after a year.

like others i was promised £18 cashback too. never received ANY cashback. so beware when they offer you anything. i wouldn't bother with this retailer.

I'm not alone in being promised the £18 offer and it never materialising. A ticket that was raised for the untracked cashback was just met with a flat refusal after a couple of weeks of lip service 'investigation' into the matter. I wouldn't mind so much but Rebtel's prices for what I was using were bad (I only signed up for the cashback offer like so many other!) and their refusal to provide a reason for not allowing the cashback was very poor customer service and verging on disrespectful. Don't use Rebtel if they treat their customers like this, and don't be surprised if your cashback attempt fails if you do so.

Tracked immediately. Got cash back within few weeks. excellent voice quality, no problems with the service at all. would highly recommend it to others.

I ENLISTED FOR A NEW AGREEMENT WITH WHICH WAS PROMISE WITH £18 CASH BACK WHICH THEY DID NOT FOR-FILL. DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL . HAD TO WAIT FOR FOR MY MONEY TO COME IN TO MY ACCOUNT AFTER A COUPLE OFF EMAILS.
