- Cashback applies to new customers only and not renewing customers.
Policy Confirmation:
- Each policy will be checked 3 months after inception (start) date. If the policy is still in force after this time, it will be confirmed and cashback will be paid. Upon confirmation payment can take around 30 days – so overall period before you will receive any cashback is around 4 months.
- Sales are confirmed at the end of every month so if you started your policy at the start of the month the period you will need to wait for the cashback is likely to be nearer to 5 months.
Cashback will not be paid if:
- The policy has been cancelled
- The policy is fraudulent, e.g. has been purchased with stolen or fabricated personal details
- A quote is generated via Quidco but you telephone us to complete the sale
- Monthly direct debit payments has been missed
- The policy is not traceable back to Quidco
How to best ensure your policy is tracked:
- In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the RSA E-CHOICE website via Quidco link. You must generate a new quote and purchase directly. If the quote has been generated via another site (such as a comparison site) or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to Quidco and you will not receive your cashback.
- Make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window. For reference and for any possible queries, note down the date and time of your purchase and the quote number provided on the confirmation page. We cannot track validations via policy number we require a quote number.
Cashback Claims
- If your policy does not track after 3 days, please raise a ticket with Quidco first. We will then process the transaction, and if the sale is traceable back to Quidco and adheres to the conditions of payment, we will confirm the sale and pay the cashback.
- Only if this process is not successful should you call RSA E-Choice direct. Our call centre representatives will capture your information for further investigation. Please have some personal details, the date and time of purchase and your quote number to hand before calling.
- Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.
