- Cashback only applies for sales made online. When the customer buys over the phone = no cashback. The offer should be advertised as "Discount if you buy online with debitcard or creditcard".
- Please note: sales are confirmed at the end of every month so if you started your policy at the start of the month the period you will need to wait for the cash back is likely to be nearer to 6 months.
Cash back will NOT be paid if:
- The policy has been cancelled
- The policy is fraudulent, e.g. has been purchased with stolen or fabricated personal details
- A quote is generated via Quidco but you telephone us to complete the sale.
- Monthly direct debit payments has been missed
- The policy is not traceable back to Quidco
How to best ensure your policy is tracked
- In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the Simply Business website via the Quidco link. You must generate a new quote and purchase directly. If the quote has been generated via another site (such as a comparison site) or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to Quidco and you will not receive your cashback.
- Make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window. For reference and for any possible queries, note down the date and time of your purchase and the quote number provided on the confirmation page. We cannot track confirmations via policy number we require a quote number.
- Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.
- Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
