Sony I love you but four months to pay cashback is disgusting. I work in affiliate marketing and think its appalling that your customers should have to wait this long.

Bought a £200 Freeview HD+ recorder from Sony's refurb sub-site, unit cost £99. They had a 10%-off sale too, and in conjunction with my Quidco cashback, that made the purchase cost about £88. Shame it's taken three months to process though....

Although my cachback was tracked more than 3 months ago, Sony seem reluctant to pay. Suggest you look at more reliable retailers for cashback.

I bought a laptop from the Sony Store because it offered customisation options that were not available from any other retailer or reseller. I would not have considered these costly customisations if it weren't for the cashback available. Whilst the product was delivered quickly and the cashback tracked almost immediately, it took five months for Sony to confirm it. That's pretty poor and I would think twice about making a second order from them.

Will think twice about buying from Sony ,it's taken over 6 months to be confirmed ! and I'm still waiting to be paid from Quidco ?
