I switched to SSE as they had good prices and good feedback. I filled in the form through the Quidco website in the correct way to enable tracking. However it didn't track. Quidco support were very helpful and setup a claim for me. Now months later SSE have declined my claim saying my transaction is untraceable. A bit strange when the switch went through without problem and I am now one of their customers! Be warned!

I have never had a problem with SSE in terms of energy bills or their charges. Whats more I have now been paid cashback as well which is such a wonderful sight on the bank statement. Thank you quidco and thanks SSE
