Some of the earlier items I bought from Superdry tracked for a long time before payment, however in the last few weeks I have had all my tracked amounts confirmed and paid (even relatively recent ones). Hopefully this is a sign of things to come!

Good Product. Long Delay in cash back. And if you have any claims it delays it even further. Hope they can reduce the cashback time and if possible bring more offers.

I like Superdry products, they are competitively priced, well packaged and generally delivered quickly however I have now been waiting 9 months for my cashback to be paid. If you're not going to pay then why advertise on the Quidco site. Superdry you need to pay your cashback debts more promptly and Quidco you need to speak to them about their lax attitude. It's your site tell them to buck their ideas up! Update 12.01.13 - After submitting the review above I received an email from Quidco offering assistance. I told them they could assist me by sorting this fiasco out. They said if the CB wasn't confirmed by January open a claim and they would investigate (too little too late). January arrived but the CB didn't. I opened a claim and strangely the CB was confirmed immediately, over 9 months after I made my purchase. Bearing in mind my purchase was tracked straight away and there were no issues with any part of it, it is disgusting that it takes 9 months to confirm the CB. Very very poor service ........

Ok so the cahsback element has taken almost 12 months but the actual delivery of the product was amazingly quick! Even more surprising as it was ordered in the (close) run up to Christmas so for the important stuff they were great

The cashback is a little poor but every little helps I suppose. Placed the order and cashback was tracked on 12.12.11 and it has finally been confirmed today 20.11.2012. Almost a year is a bit too slow.

I buy a lot from superdry, so after an incident of unfairly declined cash back, I was sceptical of my 10 amounts from Feb '12 paying out. It was nice to see this morning that all 10 had paid In one go, albeit 9.5 months after tracking

Ordered some items as my xmas present, cashback 'incorrectly' tracked at the wrong rate as there was a double cashback promo on for 12% at the time of ordering. The order was placed in the first week of January 2012 and STILL waiting on the cashback now, some 10 months later.

Excellent purchase experience, fast delivery of product - no complaints about this at all. BUT... I made the purchase last December and they payment is STILL being tracked, 10 months later. This is ,quite frankly, unbelievable!! Still, we wait and hope (patiently). It is somewhat reassuring to know that I am not the only one.

Very happy with customer service as had some issues with product. I am ordering again tonight even though my cashback was never paid on the last order (even though it was tracked early on). I think the problem is the order comes up as pending on the Superdry website (which is probably because i paid by Paypal).
