very good store for offers but an absolute nightmare when returning an items...its took me over 6 weeks to get items returned and still waiting on my refund....also have no contact number so everything is dealt with email messages when things could be easily sorted and explained over the phone....now i will only purchase from the hut if i know i will not be returning an item, if its clothing i just dont think i will bother in case of it not fitting and having to go through the very slow process of returns

Prices for the goods are usually good with free delivery. Delivery was reasonable but was unsure to how long it was going to take. Cashback paid within a few months. Can't complain, its free cashback and products at reasonable prices.

The offers at the hut are remarkably good - the t shirts I bought were superb quality and worked out at only £3 each !! I did buy two items that said you received a free gift with purchase - no free gift was in the packaging and even after contacting The Hut about it by email I still did not receive my free gift ! overall though- I dont think The Hut can be beaten on certain products

I ordered a game for xmas on 1st Dec and did not receive it until 21st Dec. I had to contact the Hut twice, both times I was a good 20 minutes trying to get through on the phone and had to wait 10 working days before they would look into the matter, it arrived just in time but if ordering as a present I would allow a good month for delivery. Tracking and payment speed are very good though.

We ordered a food mixer which decided to die after 4 or 5 uses. One phone call later and collection had been arranged at their expense and happened 2 days later as I had called after 4pm 2 Days after it had been confirmed received by them via the tracking number I gave them a call to be told that the item was now out of stock and discontinued. As a result they had automatically issued a refund to my card which happened 3 days later. Really can't fault them and have used them a few time, but only for dvd's/blu-rays previously. There may be bad reviews out there, but the must be others like me that have actually had good service.

I'm only writing this review because I have only just, at the time of writing (October 2012) received cashback for a purchase made in November 2011. Very slow indeed Service from the company is fair - delivery can be a little slow, but the prices are quite competitive (although I do shop around and compare).

the delivery process is the slowest of any company i've ever encountered. 2 weeks and still waiting. Now i've tried to cancel, i cant because it's now 'in despatch' so they have to send it.aaaaaaaaaaaaargh never again.

I have ordered twice of them and both times very slow at delivery. Most online shop will get the product to you on or the day after the release date. One order never turned up and had to go through the standard waiting time before asking for a refund and the other I had to wait nearly 2 weeks!! The only positive is that they are a little bit cheaper than some other sites
