spent a lot of money here at christmas due to cash back offer, however today found out this was declined due to me apparently using a discount/voucher which is untrue. very disappointed!! I made another order the other day so lets see what happens this time around.... not holding out much hope.

I spent a lot of money with this retailer as I thought I would get some back through the cash back as adverstied. My purchased tracked, then rejected. I made a claim but the retailer informed quidco that the money had been paid elsewhere (not to me) and closed my claim, quidco said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed!
