the only thing I don't like is the irregular dispatch dates and last time they sent out my plants on the royal wedding double bank holiday which meant they were not in the best condition on arrival.

Amazed at how fast the purchases are tracked and cashback is paid. The plants arrive by date promised and are in great condition.

Excellent service as usual from this supplier and I will always use them as my preferred supplier for garden plants.

A lot of retailers could learn a thing or two about Quido speed from these guys! At last a speedy payer!

Used Tesco's clubcard vouchers, £5 voucher bought me £15 of reward. Cashback only paid on non voucher spend. Cashback tracked every time.

I've been buying plants from T&M for about 30 years. There's always a great selection and plenty of offers , (even better now with Quidco ). I spend around £500 a year on plants. I get the bulk of them from T&M. Last year the changed the packaging for the plug plants (please note this was mainly the really cheap special offers, some of the baby plants now lie on their sides, and all the packs had a bumpy ride in the post, the plants are in direct contact with the cardboard outer packaging, and the zipper style strip to open the plants were soggy causing the packaging to disintegrate. I had quite a few die on me. I didn't complain as my son was dying of cancer and had other things on my mind. So if someone from T&M reads this. Please do something about it . Please don't let my last statement put you off buying from this company. My experience with them over the years has been excellent. The plants are top quality, and never fail to provide a stunning display. And their customer service is second to none . I know if I'd had time to complain they would have sent replacements or a refund. One xmas a parcel arrived I hadn't ordered. With a little note saying they had surplus stock and didn't want them to go to waste. Nice eh?

Ordered some seed potatoes on 24 February and delivered on 14 March. No comms so I didn't know if they were coming or not. When I opened the parcel all except 2 of the potatoes were about the size of a grape. Totally unsatisfactory. Beware!

we have used T&M for a number of years. Always quality goods and no problems if your not happy. Would certainly recommend for a wonderful display year after year. We get comments all the time from people admiring our various displays of colour.

Always tracks for me within an hour or so and cashback is paid out quickly. Products and service are very good. Have used several times in the past.

Have had no issues with Thompson & Morgan made many transactions, although you should always read when they are expecting to delivere the good to you this is always very accurate.

T&M are a fantastic option for postal delivery of plants. Well packaged, great customer service and response times to queries, excellent product information, planting and growing tips. Top notch.
