Have been using TL for quite a while now and purchased it straight from the store every time. So decided to use Quidco since they were offering 15% cash back at that time even though most of the review seems unconvincing. I'm not that bothered to be quite honest if I don't get the cash back since I have got nothing to lose. Received my cash back after 12weeks and definitely will be coming back for hunting more shirts. big thumbs up.

Excellent service was received. I sent the items back for a full refund and ordered replacements. This was due to the fit of the items rather than any defect.

I tried to change the collar size of my 5 shirts on my Internet order prior to despatch, but received a reply that this was not possible. I could return the items though once that they had arrived! I wrote to say that I wanted the shirts, but in my size. I also noted the waste of postage and return costs. All to no avail. The shirts were shipped some days later in the wrong size. I then took them through the snowy conditions to a Post Office to return them. I didn't bother to buy 5 more from Lewins. I have been buying happily from Lewins since November 2000, but this lack of business sense has amazed me. I also received a voucher code if I wanted to try buying them again... Unfortunately too late.

Used TM Lewin for years, excellent shirts, suits and ties. However, cash back is terribly slow. Purchased suit in November 2012, still waiting for cash back to be even tracked. Raised claim and still nothing. Sort it out TM Lewin and Quidco

Wasted my time trying to use this offer as the TM Lewin site is not working correctly. When selecting sizes for the suit the 'Add to Cart' button does not become active on the navy 'Perry' suit.

Did not track so raised a claim. Claim was rejected saying order was returned or cancelled, funny that I'm wearing the shirts then... Quidco asked me to repeat the claim before leaving a review. That claim has also been declined for the same reason. I'm still wearing the shirts so clearly not returned or cancelled. So I'm leaving a review.

Tracking was very quick in fairness however 3 months later... I am still waiting to be paid - very very slow! I am hoping that this will come through soon because TM Lewin have good cashback rates and how I am due a decent amount - I hope it comes through!
