Did not track despite clearing all cookies and temp files. They say my payment was given to another merchant? Waste of time and a disappointment that Quidco have them on here.

I chose to purchase travel insurance with this company due to the cash back offered. The purchase did not track and when I raised a claim, my claim was declined stating that another merchant took credit for the sale, even though I went through the link on Quidco. I have lost out on £15 cash back.
