They may have a good exchange rate but thwir customer service is shocking. I had the misfortune to lose my Debit Card the day before I was flying out of Heathrow and had already ordered my Dollar's to be picken up at the airport. I rang and asked if I could use a bank statement, Passport etc as proof of ID but they said without the original card there was nothing they could do. I was passed from pillar to post, each person I spoke to as unhelpful and rude as the last. In the end they refunded my money (took them a week to do this). If you can avoid them I would. I will be using American Express next time, similar exchange rate and their customer service was miles better.

didn't track and the claim took ages to go through (about 2 months), apart from that all pretty reasonable and at the end of the day at least it went through eventually

Have always found whether delivery or collection Travelex are extremely competitive and very easy to order from. Staff at airports usually very friendly and helpful and I am very pleased too hear that there will now be an outlet at Manchester airport.

A long story, but basically pressing a wrong button on the order cost me a total of of more than £60 on a £700 order. In my case, Travelex had no mechanism for helping a customer who had made a genuine mistake, despite an immediate phone call to ask for assistance. They fulfilled the letter of their terms and conditions, but given their inflexibility and inability to help I will not be using them again.

Ordered currency at 1330 on the friday and was delivered at 0800 on Saturday morning. Excellent exchange rates that beat the banks with ease.
