Purchsed tyres in January did not track so raised claim and waited. Got a response today saying "Response from Merchant. Enquiry Unsuccessful - Another marketing channel was credited with sale". Impossible, I only use Quidco. Clearly they want the promotions through Quidco but they dont want to pay. My tip use a voucher code and claim on the '2% used with voucher code' and then when its declined at least you didnt loose so much cashback.

Did this transaction on January and it did not track. Raised claim and waited. Got a response today saying "Response from Merchant. Enquiry Unsuccessful - Another marketing channel was credited with sale" Since this is the only cash back site I use there is no way another marketing channel should have got the payment. Tyre shopper service with regards to sales is good, cash back payment is non. Why do companies connect themselves to these things if they don't want to pay???

Order went through no problems and cashback tracked.......however this has now been declined for no reason ie. no vouchers etc used. Basically if you are looking to purchase tyres and only choose Tyre Shopper for the cashback........Don't bother!

I can't comment on payment speed as I've only just had the tyres fitted and delivery speed isn't applicable here, but everything else was great. Tracking was very quick, the price even before cashback was the best I could find for the tyres I wanted and I was in and out of the fitting centre in 15 minutes. Brilliant, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Good price and the tyres were fitted as booked. Unfriendly staff at the tyre shop but ho hum. Bad part was that my cashback was declined after a straightforward online transaction and i'm waiting on a claim. Can't recommend them on that basis.

Use them every time. I go for the Barun Baravus II which are supposed to be budget tyre. Made by Continetal and better than their own brand. I got 27,000 miles from a set and would have been 30,000plus except my rear suspension drifted out. Can't rate them enough

Its a no brainer using this sort of cashback deal, I was buying tyres anyway, found tyre shopper to be far the cheapest in any case and the added bonus of 10% cashback was thrown in!! Tracked quickly, couple of months or so to be paid (today)

Over a year later and Quidco looking into it for the third time, I still have not received cashback from this retailer, which, going by the other reviews seems to happen regularly. Avoid retailers like this as they are securing your custom through false claims of cashback and c'mon Quidco, take these retailers off your site. It reflects well on a good company.

Can't fault the service provided at the local depot, however, there seems to be an issue with paying the cashback. Despite the apologies from Quidco, cashback has failed to arrive. Hardly inspires you to pay a return visit to Tyre Shopper.

I did the normal shopping for the best price on the internet ,then searched on quidco to see if the retailer with the cheapest price was on here... to my pleasure they were. So i signed in ordered the tyres had a confirmation e-mail that they would be ordered and delivered to my chosen fitter. I then confirmed with the fitter they were in and they were I turned up had and had them fitted exactly when we had agreed... and obviously nothing to then pay as i'd printed off the receipt. They didn't even ask to see that as all the details were on their system... will I use again yes has the cashback now been paid yes... hassle free great service.

After not tracking I had to raise a claim with Quidco which was eventually agreed by Tyreshopper. However, despite Quidco apologising for the time it's taking I still haven't had what's owed. I want some tyres for my wife's car now & might just go elsewhere out of principle.

cash back was refused first. Had to appeal. poor show by Tyre Shopper. Took long time to approve cash back. Rest of the service was satisfactory. Tyres are good.

I used tyre shopper as they were the best on offer at the time and offered cash back, however, they initially refused to pay this and had to raise a claim which was eventually paid. if they do not want to pay do be on Quidco. It took a year and I will probably not use them again
