Switched from Talk Talk to Sky and was delighted with the customer service. I got text messages at every stage to keep me informed about progress. The move was pretty seamless and went completely to plan.
The broadband performance has been much better too with no traffic shaping at peak times. I haven't had to call their customer call centre, but anything has to be better than some bloke in India calling himself Dave or Tom and reading off a script that is of no use to man nor beast!
