As of Nov 2012 ; - No problem with the Sky package at all. Broadband speed and telephone service seems good - I am in the centre of a city however so it should be good.
The Cashback has been a shambles taking , so far, 8 months to get. Quidco has been good in communicating with me and keeping me informed but the fact is i still don't have the cashback as advertised.
As of late Nov 2012;- I did finally get cashback but it took about 10 months. It was only after i used their Facebook page on which i complained that it got resolved quickly. In future with ANY company that is slow to respond to complaints i will go the Twitter & Facebook route. It is immediate and widely read.
