Ordered as a Father's Day gift in June last year. Sky itself was very efficient with set up and install and we've had no problems with the service. The cashback however was disastrous. At first it didn't track and I misread their convoluted rules so lodged my tracking complaint one day late. Quidco did everything they could to help (although it's intensely frustrating to have to negotiate your way through the system to be able to mail them - fine once you've got a line of communication open though.) and 8 months later i've got the cashback. From what i've seen here and on MSE the fault lies with Sky, but i'm relieved that the 2 Rosies and Jamie kept up the pressure on my behalf and very pleased with their service.
