Cashback never arrived, not vouchers too

Be careful when you buy from sky. I purchased broadband no problem cashback tracked and paid after a few months.
Then ordered Sky TV cashback tracked but no amount so I waited the 180 days and raised a claim. There saying i'm only entitled to £30 cashback and £25 vouchers although the deal at the time was £80 cashback and £100 in vouchers.
NOT HAPPY WILL BE CANCELLING AFTER MY YEARS UP.
