I purchased Sky via Quidco but the order failed to track. To raise a cashback claim I had to provide my user id and order number. However I was never emailed an order number from Sky and the web page I made the order on was long gone. Phoned Sky and they told me there was no way they could find out the order number. Emailed Quidco to explain the situation and they repeatedly asked me for the order number. I repeatedly told them I didn't have it. Quidco closed my case because I gave up on telling them multiple times I didn't have it. Looks like from the reviews this is a setup to get more business for Sky but find ways of not paying cashback. If only Virgin Media provided services to my area, I was with them before I moved and they were great.
