Brilliant cash back but terrible service

Sky offer great cash back, we got over £100 but their customer service is awful. Always waiting on people to call back. Had the same issue with internet for around 18 months but still not fixed (lose connection if using home phone). Took a day off work for installation day (7 weeks after signing up!) but no one came! Came the following week but pulled the plaster off the wall when fitting phone box to wall and never set the the sky box up to use the internet.

Poor service, changing supplier. Price increase twice in the 8 months weve been with npower. Computer systems always seem to be down when we call with an issue, no call backs as promised. still no cashback. Not happy
