Order tracked just fine, which is good as other orders with others haven't gone so smoothly. Payment was tracked within hours and then confirmed in just under 2 months. Sky were great, knew exactly how to deal with the cashback, placed my order (which was slightly complicated) quickly and installed on the exact date I requested.
