Dont get Sky for the Cashback!

I got Skyback in June 2012, however I am still waiting for Cashback for movies and sports 8 months later and all Quidco support can say is they have an issue with Sky.
If you have an issue with Sky Quidco, why dont you resolve this with them? They must get a fair amount of business through you. The cashback made the movies and sports package affordable. Without this, its not been worth having.
Im getting fed up of asking for support on this matter and getting fobbed off.
