As in title. Don't get me wrong - Tesco are a great retailer, they offer fast and efficient deliveries and great pricing. Always happy with purchases BUT trying to get cashback from them is like trying to get blood from a stone. Purchases rarely track (I'm told that a lot of problems are caused by using the Safari browser - not my problem, get with the times) and more often than not, I have to put a claim in. Recently my claims have been declining, saying my cashback has been paid to another retailer. The reasons that Quidco give as to why this may be happening don't apply to me. I've been using cashback for a long time now and I know how to clear cookies, and I don't have other tabs open/use discount codes not listed on the retailer's page. Out of all the purchases I make through Quidco, I've had the most hassle with Tesco. It's not worth the hassle.

As above, never tracks and the cashback amount changes so often you can't keep up with it! Had to make a claim last time to get my cashback and after several errors I finally received it 6 months later, albeit the wrong amount but I had no energy left to pursue it any longer. Just placed another order with them and again it hasn't tracked so had to open a claim. Please sort the Sky tracking out Quidco as the cashback you get from Sky is usually a large amount and something I don't want to risk losing out on.
