Ordered in July 2012 and installed pretty quickly, with broadband & phone. service is okay. HD is great. Sky+ is great. We only took the offer initially as the cashback and vouchers covered the extra cost over and above the cost of our last phone/broadband package with Orange.
Cashback didn't track at first so opened an appeal. Quidco recognised the error but still nothing as yet tracked cashback wise.
Also Marks & Spencer vouchers have still not materialised despite many calls to sky.
Sadly as it seems with most big firms these days once you are signed up on contract customer service is terrible.
Since July there have been two, yes TWO price hikes... :(
