  • Applicant is able to verify address (e.g. bank statements, utility bills, landline)
  • Applicant is not in the midst of declaring bankruptcy
  • Applicant does not have any current CCJs or unresolved arrears / defaults
  • Applicant is registered on the electoral role.
  • Applicant is over 18 years old.
