Volvo Car Insurance is unable to confirm or accept missing transaction claims for policy sales where:
- An aggregator or other 3rd party was used to generate the original quote. To earn cashback you must generate a new quote via Quidco only.
- Where transactions were not completed online.
- If you have cancelled a Volvo Car Insurance policy or hold a current Volvo Car Insurance policy, you may not be eligible for further cashback.
- Do not contact Volvo regarding your Quidco purchase as their customer services cannot deal with cashback claims.
- Keep your quote reference in case you need to raise an cashback claim. Quote numbers are highly visible on the application pages. This reference is emailed to the consumer immediately after the quote has been generated. Volvo Car Insurance are unable track a missing transaction without the quote reference number.
Policy Confirmation:
Each policy will be checked 3 months after inception (start) date. If the policy is still in force after this time, it will be validated and cashback will be paid.
Cashback will not be paid if:
- The policy has been cancelled
- The policy is fraudulent, e.g. has been purchased with stolen or fabricated personal details
- A quote is generated via Quidco but you telephone us to complete the sale
- Monthly direct debit payments has been missed
- The policy is not traceable back to Quidco
- Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.
- Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
