Wallis offers & cashback

It's not really worth your while clicking on this retailer since they don't pay. I'm waiting for cash back from April 2012.

Ordered from them March 2012 and today I am told my cashback is declinded - actually cant be bothered to submit a claim for such a rubbish company.

I have been waiting for payment since last July, they should be taken off the website if they are never going to pay their cashback.

I have been waiting for cashback for 9 months and still not received anything. I did not expect cashback to take so long and will not be shopping online again with this store

Why bother being on a cashback site if you are not going to honour it? I shop alot at Wallis and love the clothes but I don't want to wait years for cashback! Life's too short! Sort it out Wallis!

I'm still awaiting payment for an order which was tracked last October- over 5 months which will put me off ordering with Wallis again which is a shame because I like their products but this gives me little incentive to buy online.

Their cashback delay is appalling. yes, shop with them , but don't hold your breath while waiting for cashback. Not sure why quidco use them

Wallis are a really great shop, there petite section is very good. Also when they send you your items they are packaged well and look smart/classy not like that have just come through the post. they are also very easy to return, an on-line print off sorts out the labelling or you can take it to a collect+ point which is also really handy. The only thing that is slow and not great is the slow payment of the money, I would have thought they would have been on the faster payments scheme.

I shop regularly at wallis as I like their products and the customer service is good. However don't hold your breath waiting on Cash back from them- still waiting from November 2011! I have several amounts tracked but have received no casback from this retailer.

Title says it all. Still waiting on cashback after nearly 13 months. Originally tracked on 13th December 2011. Seems to be a consistent issue with Wallis

Been waiting 11 months now for cashback and it still hasn't been paid. This is far too slow....seems a common theme for Wallis customers.

It is now December and I am waiting for cashback for items bought in March. The items were delivered quickly and I was pleased with the quality.

Have been a Wallis customer for years, but recently I have been very picky and choosy as their clothes have not been very inspiring, but they offer an excellent website for shopping. Please note : DO KEEP CHECKING their offers as prices can change over night and sometimes they have codes for free delivery. So keep a keen eye on their site. Mind you when there is free delivery and you're not sure if you will be in to take delivery, you can have it delivered to your local branch of Wallis FOR A FEE OF £2.00 approx. Chutzpah! All other shops that offer collection from their stores, have no charge for delivery.

As other users have said, Wallis are really too slow I have 9 purchases between January and July of this year and they are still only showing as tracked and not confirmed It's not worth the hassle!!

The cashback from Wallis tracked really quickly but took a whole year to pay out. Also they list each item individually even though it was all in one order.

As always excellent quality clothing from Wallis. The items arrived very promptly. Happily order from Wallis again in the future.

I like Wallis as a shop, and have found the online delivery etc to be good as well. However, there have been extremely slow in paying my cashback. It's taken 11 months to get payment, and only then when I asked Quidco to chase it up.

It was a quick check in one of the few I didn't have a problem with. It's a pity Wallis don't do cash back for purchases in store as my local store is situated within Debenhams.

Bought a lovely dress from Wallis since November 2011. Confirmed tracking right away but hasn't received any cashback. Tracking for 11 months now.. totally disappointing!
