The delivery and product are identical to anywhere else. However the cashback is declined because it was 'paid to another referrer' and no indication who the referrer is that they paid it to...so Quidco don't get paid and neither do I....very useful for Wex. This then means the price is not any better than any other supplier (who I have never had cashback problems from).

I placed a relatively large order with Wex - they kept me informed throughout including arranging to split my order as one item was out of stock. Would recommend without hesitation as I have used several times and never encountered anything other than excellent service.

They don't track automatically in my experience so I always raise a cashback claim, but once the claim is submitted to the retailer by Quidco WEX always pay out quickly (within a week or two). Prices are on par with competitors (sometimes they're cheaper than Amazon), service has been good on the occasions I've contacted them, packaging is secure, and delivery is usually ok, but could be quicker especially on the free delivery options. Overall happy - a regular customer!

The item I ordered was out of stock, but still I received the item within 3 days. The customer service was very helpful when I had to ring to check when stock would come in. The cash back tracking went through very quickly. The free next day delivery voucher was very handy - a saving of £4.99. Overall an excellent retailer, which I'll use again.

As always Wex provided an excellent service - happy to deliver to Scottish Highlands (unlike many companies); item arrived promptly, tracked quickly - impressed with speed from purchase to cashback appearing in next payment run.

Having ordered lots of photographic stuff off the internet over the years I've never used Wex but given the quidco discount and their price for the camera I purhcased thought I'd try them. Speedy delivery, was bought as a 3-5 day delivery but arrived on day 2, packaged very well and can't fault them. I would definitely use them again. The cashback has tacked pretty quick as well as being paid quickly. I purchased at the end of November and the cashback has now been paid (Jan). Considering I'm still waiting for stuff from July to be paid I'd say Wex/Quidco have done very well.
