Very slow - Instigated energy switch mid December 2012 with this retailer, energy switch took place 26 Jan 2013 it is now 4th march and no cashback as yet! (See update below) - took a total of 5 months Chose this switching provider because of the powerful consumer oriented WHICH brand and reasonable cashback offer at the time.... Hopefully it will get paid.... eventually! Will update with payment date once get visibility of this. Yes, as a previous reviewer has already noted, WHICH the Consumer Advice brand, does not appear to be walking their talk. UPDATE AS of 18 April 2013. The switching payment has finally been paid, has taken 5 months

There is something quite satirical about feeling you were left unpaid by the consumers association (for a transaction that could only have been done through them)!!

I have still not been paid for getting a comparison and it is now a year later and it is the following years insurance renewal now.
